Article describes case studies of 8 Foundation Coalition schools as they engaged in change processes in the engineering curriculum.
Initial change models based on development and dissemination of curricula did not prove to be sophisticated enough to produce change. Recommendations include involving faculty up front in change processes to find common ground.
