Guiding Principles for Facilitating Higher Levels of Web-based Distance Teaching and Learning in Post-Secondary Settings

Author presented a description of the process by which she developed principles of teaching and learning in web-based courses.

Zetterberg's model of change was followed, and the author's resulting model of online teaching and learning principles is presented, along with the data collected at each step in the change model. Author does not claim complete success, since the principles identified need to be tested/examined for practical application by instructors.
