Article describes the implementation of a chemistry curriculum at a Philippine university. Significant course revisions were undertaken and 13 instructors were trained with the new methods and provided with coaching.

Based on multiple data sources (including teaching observations and interviews), 3 instructors were classified as successful, 6 as partially successful, and four as "least" successful.
