Study on the effectiveness of university-based training programs (mainly for new faculty) looking at 22 universities in 8 countries with 104 teachers in treatment, 10 in control.

Used closed-format instruments on teachers and their students. A positive change was seen in treatment group. Strategies used by training program varied and were not described.
